Where is my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your delivery through our “Track my order” section.
Can I return a product?
Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Contact us for a return label and instructions.
I haven’t received my confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can’t find it, contact our support team with your full name and email used for the order.
Can I change my delivery address?
Changes can be made within 12 hours after your order confirmation. After that, we can’t guarantee address modifications.
